At Chief Architectural Ltd, we are thrilled to have recently completed a stunning loft conversion project in Portsmouth. The project involved designing a large bedroom with an en-suite shower room for a family who required an extra room. The loft conversion was designed under permitted development rules, making the process quicker and more cost-effective for our clients.

One of the key design features of this project was the gable wall construction, which was built to the side elevation to allow for the installation of a new staircase.
